She graduated from United High School where she was actively involved in extra-curricular organizations. She was also active in 4-H, showed cattle, judged livestock, and later got involved in FFA. While in FFA, she served as the Chapter President. She attended Parkland College for two years where she received her Associates Degree in Agriculture before transferring to the University of Illinois. Nicole has been activity involved in Ag Ed Club, Student Advancement Committee, and Sigma Alpha professional agriculture soriety.

Nicole has completed serveral internships, some of which include:

  • EarthPartners - Environmental and Agricultural Literacy
  • Dairyland Seed Company - Alfalfa Sales

Her advice for students is to "get involved in a few organizations you are possionate about. the experience you are able to gain personally and professionally are absolutely priceless."
